A lifetime steeped in personal growth, over a decade as a full-time artist, and a passion for all things home.

Transformation

I am literally the product of personal growth and development—or “self-help” as it was called back then. Yeah, I’ve been around it since before it was cool. My parents were into it back in the ’70s, so it was natural for me to grow up hearing and understanding all the greats of the self-awareness movement, like Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, and Werner Erhard. My mom introduced me to The Secret when I was a teen, and I’ve been the youngest participant in many a Landmark Education course in my lifetime.

Health and Harvard

Rarely will you meet a personal growth and development enthusiast who doesn’t also care deeply about their physical well-being. In the ’80s, my mom understood the importance of “organic” and being eco-friendly—long before it was a trending label. She was a food editor, cookbook author, registered dietitian, and nutritionist. Building on what I learned from her, I’ve self-studied health, wellness, and preventative medicine for over twenty years. In 2025, I completed Harvard’s Executive Coaching program in Health, Wellness, and Lifestyle Coaching, bringing all of these interests together.

Outsider Artist

I was always creative. Even as a child, I would perform plays during my parents’ holiday parties, record radio shows with friends, and get artsy with puff paints and iron-on decals when my mom and I made clothes for fun. It wasn’t until I was a young adolescent that I ever expressed myself in an abstract way—and when I did, I was told I’d done the assignment wrong. I was asked to draw my home and my family within it, so I drew spirals and bursts in various colors to represent people’s energy, interactions, and ways of being. I didn’t return to abstract expression until I was 28, but when I did, it launched an entire career as an abstract outsider artist—showing in museums, landing magazine covers, and connecting with high-profile collectors. Real Estate

My love of home started young and was, of course, influenced by my mother, who was like a mini Martha Stewart. One of my favorite stories is about her love for antique chairs to reupholster and revive. As a teen, I’d redecorate and rearrange my furniture every few months to keep things from feeling stale and to create spaces where friends felt at home. One time, I pulled an all-nighter to paint my room with a Ralph Lauren paint in a gorgeous minty white—a color so subtle no one would really notice, but I loved it.

In my mid-twenties, my then-husband Ryan and I bought a foreclosure and gut-renovated it, giving us all the experience (aka mistakes) every investor or adventurous homeowner needs to make in order to really know the ropes. After our divorce, my father’s house was left in my hands and needed a major overhaul to make it livable. I applied all my knowledge, handiwork, and ideas to this giant canvas, which also led to income as I dabbled in Airbnb and took on housemates to cover expenses—gaining experience in hospitality, property management, and being a landlord.

Making a Difference

Through all of these experiences I came to understand the transformative power of one’s environment. There’s a deep and often overlooked connection between our inner world and the spaces we inhabit. Our beliefs, emotions, and mindsets are often reflected in our surroundings, quietly telling stories about who we are and how we’re doing. And just as our environments mirror us, they also have the power to move us forward. Studies show that when our surroundings shift, we shift too. Many people are longing for spaces that better express who they are or who they’re becoming—craving a physical environment that supports and inspires change. That’s what I aim to create: environments that feel like a true reflection of your potential, where you feel most at ease, most alive, and most yourself. Whether it’s through art, organization, or design, I believe our spaces can help us come home to who we really are.

My Creative Mission

To be a conduit between you and your best future self—Honoring who you’ve been, while supporting who you’re becoming.

No matter what we’re working on together—art, space, mindset, or something in between—my goal is to help you create clarity, beauty, wellness, and alignment in your life. We’ll define and refine until your environment feels like a true reflection of who you are and the life you’re stepping into. A place that feels like heaven—for you, and for those you choose to share it with.

If something in my story resonates with you, I’d love to connect. Let’s explore what’s possible, and co-create something meaningful together.
